Altered Feast is back, for one final gig of 2017!
I mean, we’d do one in December also, but everyone goes so mental booking private Christmas parties the venue is fully booked...
So yeah, everyone come to this one and we’ll go out in style.
Our comedy headliner will be:
As the world's only "stand up animator", Howard is firm favourite at Altered Feast.
Having performed at the first ever event, he's back by poular demand.
Of CBBC's Little Howard's Big Question fame, but also from the world of being a grown up man doing hilarious grown up stand up for grown up children like us.
Howard is returning from a successful Fringe with his brand new Big Howard Little Howard show for adults. The first since 2005! It's called Big Howard Little Howard: Man & Boy, and was directed by Altered Feast’s very own Tom Clutterbuck.
“It’s impossible not to be won over by this extraordinarily inventive, spectacularly silly show”
- Mark Wareham, The Mail On Sunday
With some exceptional stand up from:
Gráinne Maguire is a stand up comedian, comedy writer and actor.
As a comedian she has appeared on BBC1′s “Question Time”, “Daily Politics”, ITV1′s “Agenda”, Comedy Central’s ‘Stewart Lee’s Alternative Comedy Experience”, RTE’s “The Year That’s In It”, BBC 3′s Free Speech, Radio 5 Live’s “Seven Day Sunday” & “Hit List”, Radio 4’s “The Now Show” “Stephen K Amos’ An Idiots Guide” “Front Row” and “Women’s Hour”.

She also hosts the popular monthly topical night and podcast “What Has The News Ever Done For Me?”.
Plus more stand up comedy from:
Paul is amazing, but he doesn’t have any info online and hasn’t bothered to send me his professional biog yet.
He plays loads of great clubs and is super smart and funny though, believe me.
Hopefully I’ll be updating this...
And storytelling from:
Finn is a new storyteller, and has shone out at Norwich Arts Centre’s hit event True Stories Live.
They have performed numerous stories, from the moving and personal to the hilarious, and shared the stage with Sara Pascoe at the anniversary gig in the main space at NAC.
And even more TBC!
And of course, your resident host MC Tom Clutterbuck.
Everybody’s favourite quickfire open mic section - “2 Minutes Of Whatever” will of course return, so get in touch here to secure your slot, or decide on the night.
It’s not just stand-up, anything goes.
If you want to share an opinion, a story, a song, read the bar’s cocktail menu in a monotone, stand facing the back wall, brush your teeth with an electric toothbrush - it’s up to you.
The mic is yours for two minutes, no more, no less...
Well maybe less, we can’t enforce that, but try and do your full two minutes, after all, that’s just how long it takes to brush your teeth.
Tickets £4 in advance - https://www.facebook.com/events/1008572339283193/?active_tab=about
£5 on the door
But you get £2 back for doing two minutes!
