ANXIETIES ILLUSTRATED: Editorial Work for vice.com by Joel Benjamin

MAY 2015 at THE BRIDGE presents a selection of editorial illustrations by Joel Benjamin. These drawings accompany an on-going, bi-monthly column for vice.com written by So Sad Today, a prolific tweeter. With a twist of dark humour, the articles are based on the writer’s experiences suffering from chronic anxiety levels.

Joel Benjamin studied illustration at Lincoln School of Art and Design. The bulk of his work is based on the portraiture of humans, nature and shoes. He is a regular zine-maker and his work has appeared as graphics for Milk Skateboards.

Look out for a piece by Joel coming up in July as part of the Underground Gallery project in St. Stephens Underpass, Norwich. Follow www.instagram.com/undergroundnorwich for more details.
