Welcome to the Birdcage.

Established on the 1st September, 2006 by Lauren Gregory and Oliver Cottam after a desire to create a unique drinking venue in the heart of Norwich. The Birdcage is a beautiful place to come and have coffee and cake (or something a little stronger!) in the daytimes with a selection of games, books, magazines, newspapers and wi-fi always available. In the evenings the downstairs ball room hosts an array of events from cabaret to djs and parties, and with an extensive wine-list and ever-changing cocktail menu it is the perfect place to lounge until midnight. Outside, the secret garden is the perfect solution for coping with the smoking ban!

The Birdcage can also come to you, offering outside bars for weddings, festivals, events etc.
